Improving one's future

Many couples would get along if they understood each other's history more. It is very important to improve our future by looking at the past. The truth is, what we have today is the sum of all our past experience, including our family history. By sharing your partner, you give him an opportunity to see where you are coming and why you reach the way you do.Why don't you try to find a leisure date to share your past with one another. Find a comfortable pace in the house, light a candle and play music as added for ambience. Share to him/her the following:

• Share your memorable childhood experience.
• A traumatic event in your life.
• A scary dream you won't forget.
• Your favorite verse in the Bible.
• A fear that you never told to anyone.
• The saddest moment of your life.

Wonder Banana

Musa acuminata, more commonly known as banana, one of the world's popular fruit. Unknown to many, the tropical fruit is considered not just a good source of brainpower but also a source of cure for depression as well. In a survey, a people suffering from depression felt a lot better after eating banana. This is due to the protein trytophan present in the fruit. The body converts tryptophan to serotonin, a compound that helps a person feel relaxed, happier and in a better state of mind.

Do you know t that..................

An apple tree is not a tree, it is a shrub. A shrub is a woody plant which size is less than the normal tree. A banana tree is not a tree. It is an herb. An herb is a plant whose stem is soft and succulent. And after flowering, the plant withers away. A bamboo tree is not a tree. It is the tallest grass.

I'm back!

I've been quite for a long time due to some personal problems and I thank God that despite of the trials that He gave me I'm still here, very much alive, and very much contented of what I have now. I admit that sometimes it is very difficult to handle problems especially on my part, a single parent. But then, time and time again I've come to realized that every problem there is always a solution. God has been so good to me. I thank Him for what He did in my life. I have a good start of my career this year 2010. To all my friends who visit my blog despite of my absence, thank you so much and have a prosperous year to everyone! God bless.....

Ramil is coming!

Typhoon Ramil entered the Philippine area of responsibility Friday night, barely three weeks after one of Southeast Asia’s most destructive storms hit the country.Ramil will be the 18th storm to enter the country this year.
Still battered from the devastation caused by Typhoon Pepeng last week, Benguet province is bracing for more possible destruction from the new tropical storm.Typhoon “Ramil” is expected to make landfall in Cagayan province at noon Thursday and to dump more rain on storm-weary provinces, raising fears of more flooding and landslides. According to the report that this is much stronger than "ondoy and pepeng."
Calling all Filipinos to offer a special prayer to spare the country from further devastation, while thousands of people were evacuated from areas prone to floods and landslides in northern Luzon ahead of the powerful typhoon.
The special prayer also asks for forgiveness for sins against nature with the hope that people have learned their lesson not to abuse the environment.

The destroyer typhoon "Ondoy"

Typhoon Ondoy destroy billion pesos worth of crops and killed, and affecting thousands of families, and according to the report as of this morning there were 32 people still missing. How we can escape when this calamity hit our country? A lot of people need help, they need assistance and calling for everyone a help and prayer. Some people were stuck at their rooftops. Some lost their homes and got separated with their love ones. I can feel how painful it is if we are the victim.
Thanks for our countrymen for their urgent donations and I always watch how our "Sagip Kapamilya" really doing their job, and also the "Kapuso."
In times like this we must come to know that the victims needs our support. Let us realized that we are lucky enough of not experiencing this kind of calamity.
And since my hands can't reach to all of you, let my prayers hug with GOD'S love and blessings, guidance and good health not only now but always!
