De-stress your road to success

Remember that laughter is still the best medicine. Whenever things get stressful at work, I like to survey the situation and realize how funny things are when viewed from a different perspective. Then, I laugh it all off! Also, reading a silly text message or catching an improve group at a comedy club are other easy ways to lighten up. Also hug someone you love. The best things in life are free, and a hug is one also of the best stress-busters. I feel the stress melt away in the arms of my children, brothers, sisters, and my grand daughter.
