Vomiting


There are some reason why we are vomiting. The reason is we have stomach irritation and it is also possible that we have this: gastritis, gastroenteritis, peritonitis, appendicitis, ulcers (gastric and duodenal), tonsilitis (especially for kids). Motion sickness, head injury, meningitis, fever, whopping cough, pregnancy (morning sickness) and deliberate vomiting,
Avoid eating solid foods in which you think that this can cause you to vomit. Drink plenty of fluids , diluted milk but not aerated or alcoholic drinks. Take 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate soda melted in one glass of water or milk that holds in vomiting.
After vomiting rest for about 30 minutes before taking semi solid foods such as soups, custards and etc. Then back to normal diets after 3 or 4 days.
