Got milk?

Calcium helps build strong bones, but three out of four children don't get enough of it. Chocolate milk and other flavored milks, have just as much calcium as white milk. Children who drink flavored milk consume sugary juice drinks. Since flavored milk took the place of soda and juicy drinks, these children got more calcium in their diets without increasing total added sugar or fat.
Encourage your children to drink milk in a flavor they love to get the calcium they need.
