The expensive month

Would you agree with me if I’m going to tell you that the most expensive month is December? People always say that life of today is difficult. But as I can see when December come people were so busy buying gifts, decorations, new clothes and buying some goods for the coming Christmas preparations. The malls were all the time over crowded. It’s nice to see the people around go on shopping, buying special gifts for their loved ones. Even in the low class family they shop as what the middle class family does. I can see how people strive hard just to have something for their family for Christmas. This only happens once a year, enjoy shopping!

just go on!

Living a normal life, we always encounter problems, trials, challenges in life and sometimes it leads us to discouragements. Never feel discourage when things go wrong or the things go beyond our expectation. We always remember that the greatest story in our life is not winning but rising all the time we fall.

Life is so beautiful and very exciting. God give us this life. Don't allow anybody to ruin our life and we have to take care of what He has given to us and for that no one can ever take from us it is only Him, because He created us. Whenever you feel discouraged, and whenever your heart is lonely, we have a constant friend out there and it is He. Just go on what we have in life!

Morning greetings!

Sometimes flowers grow best under the sun, others do well in shade. God always put us where we grow best and give us good people to grow with!

Rob Pattinson ... Bite Me ... Please!

When it comes to "Twilight," the question isn't whether the teen vampire movie is any good, but whether the hero, Edward Cullen, is as magical as we want him to be. Edward is brooding and sensitive ... and thanks to Pattinson's furrowed eyebrows, crooked smiles and carefully crafted hairstyles, he delivers just the Edward we've been waiting for.

Do you have Belly Fats?

I am a mother of two grown up kids. I am a grandma now but still I am very concerned of my body figure because I noticed that when you are getting older your metabolism increases that will make you big or fat. Now, I control myself from eating too much fats, protein and carbohydrates. Sometimes in one day I eat rice once in three meal time the rest of it is I do it crackers or drink coffee because it can make me full. I feel I am losing weight little by little because it is true that it’s so hard to lose weight especially if you are fat.

What will I do to obtain the desired weight I want for myself? I cannot jog in the morning because it’s cold and I have arthritis. I cannot walk in a longer miles too because I will suffer muscle pain after a long walk. The big problem I have is my belly fats; I think it has two layers. I have no time to go to the gym because we are so far in the downtown area. Good thing I found Flat Belly Diet that was developed by the editor of Prevention Magazine. They discovered that eating healthy fats or MUFAs (Monounsaturated Fatty Acids) at every meal that targets belly fat.

For more info about Flat Belly Diet, better sign up and they guarantee that MUFAs make you skinny.

I want to sleep again because it’s cold and so for sure I can sleep in long hours. Our pet dog SCRAPPY keeps on following me, maybe he is hungry. After that I’ll take some ZzzZ and be right back in here.

Stronger than ever

Life without problems, and trials life is nothing. My life is full of challenges from childhood days down to the present, but I handled everything without any regrets. Just like the cruel world of love, I've learned that promises are not contracts. Promise sometimes needs to be broken. Sweet words are not guarantees, hugs are not bonds, sweet kisses are not the assurance. Nothing is permanent in this life. Life is so exciting when God leads our life.
But I never give up of all this troubles in my life. Every time I feel sad and empty I know He's just there for me. When yesterday I cried, and tonight I despair but tomorrow I know I'll be strong. Life goes on whatever it takes. Things we learn will keep us on. I have a strong faith with God I know He'll keep me strong forever!

From dNeero-ites about Christmas

Wake up, wake up!

wake up! exercise your faith, do sit-up with prayer, do push-up to release stress, go! jog to the Lord and send the good news! Good morning!

Life is what we make it!

Someday we all be looking to those days we learned to love, get hurt, cry and we even fight for it. And maybe when that time comes, we will be laughing at our old dumb selves, realizing how stupid we are. We were standing up for things we knew that was not really meant for us. But I guess learning takes time, and mistakes makes one journey fun. Life is what make it and love makes the world go round. So let's live, love and take whatever pain it brings. We don't have to think problems too much in life. They are just test papers given by God to see how much we are learning from His subject called "life" If you think you've failed don't worry because He is always ready to give remedial classes. So review through prayers and have the perfect score of "Happiness".

Water exercise

"Water exercise" is also known as "water aerobics". The aquatic therapy is good for maintaining our body healthy and physically fit. What is aquatic therapy or water exercise? Any activities that was done in water is called aquatic therapy. Aquatic therapy helps to recover or rehabilitate of any minor injury. The realignment in posture balance and coordination is excellent and it builds strong muscles. Some benefits of aquatic therapy is that it increases the "rage of motion" and mobility in the body, maintaining the flexibility of muscles. And because our body is floating in water, even how tired in workout, the pulse rate is low, and this is safe for those who had suffering heart disease, hypertension, pregnant women and to those who are overweight.

On The Chris Matthews Show, November 16th Chris Matthews leads with: "`It's not my job.' We've got a financial Katrina on our hands. Recession and layoffs are pouring through the floodgates, and nobody's in charge. Bush looks retired, Barack Obama's not president. So who's protecting us?
"Mandate for change? When Reagan and Bush won, they charged ahead with a conservative vision. Will Obama do what Reagan and Bush did, do it big and bold no matter how tough the times? The Democrats are in the driver's seat. Shouldn't they drive?"

Parables

Beautiful one liners:
  1. give God what's right, not what's left.
  2. a lot of kneeling will keep you in good standing.
  3. he who kneels before God can stand before anyone.
  4. in the sentence of life the devils maybe a comma but never let him a period.
  5. are you wrinkled with burden? come to the Church for a face lift.
  6. when praying, don't give God instructions, just report for duty.
  7. we don't change God's message. His message changes us.

Letting go

We can never own something that was never for us. So let us stop gripping on things that we expect to last forever. Nothing last forever. Life in this earth is all temporary. Forever is a lie, everything is transitory, so while we have things in our hand, we always put in our mind it is only borrowed and when someday it's gone, it won't take us eternity, just let it go!

Sports Clothing - Where? When?

A more sporty, casual approach to clothing is permeating our lives ... remember when athletic shoes, were for, well, athletics? ... did you ever wear Chick Taylor's outside of the gym ... then came the sports shoe craze ... is high-performance fitness/sports clothing going to follow? Seems to be making some in roads.

The truth will always prevail

High ranking government officials were always involved in scandalous accusation by the Filipino people. And Philippine was one of the top 10 being a corrupt government globally. I believed that when there is smoke there is fire. The NBN-ZTE Broadband deal has been talked of the town before, until now the case remained unsolved and as we have known mostly high ranking government officials involved in that case.

And now here comes again another case the fertilizer scam issue. It is not million but billions of pesos they are talking. Can you imagine that? Whereas ordinary people strive hard just to have pesos in their pocket. The evidence was very clear. Supposed to be the fertilizer fund is intended for the farmers but sad to say they don’t receive even 1 kilo of fertilizer and according to the investigations that the one benefited the fertilizer fund is Makati. Funny isn’t it? Is there any farmland in Makati?

Sometimes I ask myself if our law still exist in this country. Poor people “nakaw” small amount will be directly in jail but why this prominent people were not. It is very unfair, I think it’s time for us Filipinos to act, let us help one another finding the truth and to stand for the truth!

Living our life to the fullest

It is normal for us to feel sad and mourn if someone departed in this earth especially if someone is very near in our heart. Just like me, I was terribly hurt of my mentor who passed away just a few days ago. She was totally a blessing for everyone in our Church. At the age of 78 she was still very active in our Church activities. She was our choir conductress. I salute her. She lives her life to the fullest. I know “Maam Velasco” is now in Heaven. Every time we have conversation she always told me that her request to God if she die she wants God just to let her sleep well, and God granted her request. I will never forget her, she is my inspiration in the sense that she serve God until her last breath. Serving our living God has no retirement. She will always be remembered and I'm going to miss her, Goodbye “Maam Velasco”.

Movies Stuff

Movies touch a cord in most of us ... drama, comedy, suspense, romance, sports, documentary ... you name it ... the following questions just keep the conversation going!

The reality

Sometimes, we seem never be contented of what we have. We were given but we always seek for the best in which sometimes it leads us to miss a satisfying part of our journey. Just like in love, we always set a requirements, we target an ideal, and so where do we end up? We end up hoping that the ones we have left behind still have spaces for us, because the one we thought to be ideal doesn’t seem to see us that way. What an irony? But I guess, that would be the reality.

Vocational training for children

Mindanao is considered as a notorious place here in Philippines. We all know that there are some places which was affected by war initiated by the muslims rebels. According to Ramon Bobier the acting Australian Project Coordinator that the Basic Education Assistance for Mindanao (BEAM) has a project and this project is in line with one of the two goals of helping marginalize sectors access education. And the other is to assist the government achieve quality education.
The subject that they are going to study were welding, carpentry, electrical wiring and metal art welding and this are accredited by TESDA. The BEAM will be the one to finance all the expenses for their schooling, materials, allowances for trainees.
The war should not be the reason to hinder these young people to arm them with their talents as well as learning that will serve them to reach their goals and have them a brighter future. I appreciate those people who has a good heart for helping this young people. Thank you BEAM!
