Water exercise

"Water exercise" is also known as "water aerobics". The aquatic therapy is good for maintaining our body healthy and physically fit. What is aquatic therapy or water exercise? Any activities that was done in water is called aquatic therapy. Aquatic therapy helps to recover or rehabilitate of any minor injury. The realignment in posture balance and coordination is excellent and it builds strong muscles. Some benefits of aquatic therapy is that it increases the "rage of motion" and mobility in the body, maintaining the flexibility of muscles. And because our body is floating in water, even how tired in workout, the pulse rate is low, and this is safe for those who had suffering heart disease, hypertension, pregnant women and to those who are overweight.
