I am a vegetarian and have never had any problem with my energy levels. When I gave up meat properly for the second time, I felt so much better. I do take vitamins, but only when I remember, but it's fine for me, as long as I have a good night's sleep. And also drinking water in the morning, before taking my meals I drink four glasses of water, it really works, it eliminates toxics in your body. And i do some exercise early in the morning.
