Seafood Recipes

Being at home, cooking at home, are meant so much for all families. And I think everybody knows how to cook for we all know we eat three times a day. And it is known that some crave for seafood which is undeniably delicious and nutritious that is rich of iodine and it is very good for our health.

It is a fact that fish or seafood is better than meat because it gives more energy to our body. I love eating shrimps and I cook it in my own menu. I am fond of collecting seafood recipes since I’m in College and when I have internet connection at home I used to search in the net. While I was searching and surfing in the net I found that there is a cooking contest online which is called Great American Seafood Cook Off. Since my hobby is cooking I feel excited in this cooking contest this year 2008. I can learn and can be able to add their seafoods recipes in my collections that were cooked by an expert chef cook in the world. I vote the Louisiana Shrimp and Andouille Cassoulet by Chef Brian Landry because it is easy to cook and I anticipate that it is very delicious and it took only 15 minutes to cook, so easy! Take a glance at the Louisiana Shrimp and Andouille Cassoulet and vote for it because for me it is the best recipe.

To all mothers or housewives out there, why don’t you try to cook this recipe now? I’m sure this is the best food that you can serve to your children and to your husband. I’m sure your husband is going to give you an extra allowance for shopping, what do you think? It is very simple and very easy to cook.
